A factory or warehouse that intends to start a manufacturing operation or storage should apply for the business premise license. Without the licenses required, a penalty may be imposed onto the business’s owner based on the current Act.
Our Services
Business Premise License Application
A license issued by local authority that allow the business owner to operate their business legally in a premise. Supporting from other relevant external agencies are required for issuance of Business Premise License.
Manufacturing License (ML) Application
A Manufacturing License (ML) issued by MIDA is required if the manufacturing activities meet the ML requirements. It is also a mandatory requirement for applying certain incentive programs under MIDA.
Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) Application
A LMW License, issued by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, entitle the license holders for tax exemption for imported material or machineries which used directly to manufacture exported product.
